I’m thrilled to finally share the news — my new book, Searching for Home – The European Journey of a Frazzled Mom, is now available! This project has been years in the making, born out of a dream come true and shaped by a journey that changed me in ways I never imagined. What began as a personal adventure has become so much more than a memoir.
In Searching for Home, I take readers along with me as I explore France, Italy, and Austria. Each chapter weaves together personal stories, destination details, travel tips, and fascinating historical insights. Beyond the places, though, this book is about the deeper search we all share: the question of what “home” really means.
It’s More than a Book – It’s a Personal Victory
The completion of this book is also a milestone in my own life. It proves to me — and I hope to you — that you are never too old and it is never too late. Writing and publishing a book stretched me in ways I didn’t expect. I learned to press through when it was difficult, to take on challenges that felt overwhelming, and to tell myself that I can learn something new every single day. Each scary step I took became easier the next time, and the process itself became its own reward.
A Lifeline in a Difficult Season
This book has not only fulfilled a lifelong dream but also carried me through one of the most challenging seasons of my life. Writing gave me purpose, focus, and the reminder that even in the hardest times, creating something meaningful can be an anchor.
An Invitation
Searching for Home is my story, but I believe it will also speak to you. I invite you to walk with me through lavender fields, cobbled streets, and sunlit piazzas — and along the way, perhaps discover something about your own journey toward home. I hope that it inspires you to dream, to slow down, and to take your own brave steps toward the life you long for.
Thank you for celebrating this milestone with me. I can’t wait for you to read it!
